Improbable Solutions is led by Mike Read, an experienced resilience, security, and capability delivery consultant with close to two decades’ experience across multiple government agencies within New Zealand’s National Security System.
Mike leads Improbable Solutions to help public and private sector organisations navigate complex risk, resilience, security, and capability challenges — drawing on experience across business continuity, crisis and emergency management, national security and defence environments, and complex programme and project delivery.
He works comfortably with executive audiences, senior operational leaders, and cross-agency stakeholders — supporting organisations from advice and planning through to implementation.
